Submitting a Florida PASRR Appeal

If you or your guardian has received a PASRR Level II determination that you do not agree with, you have 90 days from the date of the decision to submit an appeal. You can submit your request for an appeal directly to Acentra by mail, phone, fax or email by using our contact information from above. Or, you can immediately initiate an appeal by sending us an email now. Please simply supply us with your name and preferred method of contact, such as a phone number.
